Common questions

Things you can check now

My reminders aren’t showing

Open IsoPal and go to Settings → Reminders. Turn on Daily reminders and choose up to two times. If nothing appears, make sure notifications are allowed for IsoPal in iPhone Settings.

My Pro purchase isn’t showing

Go to Settings → Subscription and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you’re using the same Apple ID that made the purchase. You can review or change your plan from Manage subscription.

How do I add a widget?

Open Settings → Widgets in IsoPal and tap Add widgets for instructions. Widgets can show your treatment day, dose, and whether today’s dose has been checked off.

How do photo reminders work?

Go to Settings → Photos, turn on Progress photo reminders, and choose how many days IsoPal should wait before reminding you to add another photo.

Why can’t I add photos?

Check IsoPal’s camera and photo-library permissions in iPhone Settings. Progress photos stay on your device and are not uploaded by IsoPal.

Can support recover my data?

No. IsoPal doesn’t have an account or cloud database containing your logs and photos. Support cannot view or restore local treatment data after it has been deleted.
